Orders, under normal circumstances and those within our control, should arrive within 3–5 days for standard items and within 14–21 days for made-to-order products, with a maximum delivery time of 28 days. You will be advised of any delay or if an item is unavailable.
Shipping Rates
Our primary carriers are Royal Mail & UPS. Most of our products are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked, which we find to be a fast and effective service. Larger items go via UPS Standard service (2 Day service). We are happy to upgrade your parcel by arrangement with you.
